Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a mid to senior-level Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial, industrial, and manufacturing construction projects in Auburn Hills, MI. You will oversee all field operations from mobilization through closeout, coordinate subcontractors and self-perform trades, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across projects.

The role requires strong leadership, site safety focus, and excellent communication with owners, architects, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent on commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale construction projects.
• Ability to manage all field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, self-perform trades, and project schedules.
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience conducting safety meetings and enforcing site safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing project quality control and inspections.
• Proficiency with construction scheduling software and field technology platforms.
• Ability to identify and resolve field-related issues proactively.
• Experience leading owner, architect, and subcontractor coordination efforts.
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
