Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong personal integrity and high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control all resources and logistics for project execution.
• Lead subcontractors to ensure project quality and schedule.
• Create and manage schedules, prepare RFIs, and process Submittals.
