Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong team leadership, and proven ability to coordinate with owners, design professionals, and subcontractors while maintaining strict safety and project controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of superintendent experience.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate with owners and design professionals.
• Strong commitment to safety and OSHA requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, PlanGrid and BlueBeam.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, organize, and control resources for project execution.
• Lead subcontractors to meet quality, schedule, budget, and safety goals.
• Coordinate inspections and issue completion certificates.
• Communicate with owner and design professionals.
• Prepare schedules, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Maintain daily and weekly project records and reports.
• Ensure safety compliance with company policies and OSHA.
• Contribute to RFP responses and project presentations.
