CPG Beyond, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Construction Superintendent I to support field operations, maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite, and manage daily labor.
You will enforce safety and quality policies with subcontractors, supervise subcontractors and vendors, and ensure daily coordination across trades for on-site success. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of verifiable trades experience; mission-critical construction experience is preferred.

TITLE: CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT I

POSITION SUMMMARY:
The Construction Superintendent I supports all field operations to ensure that the jobsite is clean, orderly and maintained in a safe condition. The primary objective is to maintain the project in a professional and orderly manner and labor for miscellaneous carpentry and housekeeping items are managed daily. Superintendents also implement and enforce safety and quality control policies among CPG employees and subcontractors. Essential duties include but are not limited to:

Project Superintendent shall supervise all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors daily. This supervision shall ensure adequate manpower is available for each task and compliant work performed. This position shall be responsible for monitoring project security personnel.
