We are hiring for a High Voltage Superintendent who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating high‑voltage electrical construction activities for large‑scale renewable energy projects, including solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and wind facilities. This role ensures that high‑voltage installation, testing, and commissioning activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with engineering designs, regulatory requirements, and project schedules. Serving as the Owner’s on‑site representative, the High Voltage Superintendent works closely with EPC contractors, electrical subcontractors, utilities, inspectors, and internal teams to coordinate field activities, monitor quality and safety, and resolve issues that could impact project performance. This role requires strong leadership in the field, deep knowledge of electrical systems and high‑voltage infrastructure, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced construction environment.
