Job summary

Jobot is seeking a commercial construction superintendent to lead diverse ground-up and renovation projects across Michigan. You will coordinate with project managers, owners, architects and engineers, manage project schedules, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality from groundbreaking through completion.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Experience managing ground-up construction projects.
• Experience overseeing renovation and expansion projects.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and field personnel.
• Proficiency managing project schedules and sequencing.
• Ability to coordinate inspections and maintain code compliance.
• Experience conducting site safety meetings and enforcing safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing project quality control.
• Ability to maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel to project sites throughout Michigan.
