LeoForce, a Tampa-based commercial general contractor, is seeking a Construction Superintendent with 5+ years of ground-up commercial construction experience. You will lead on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality across multi-million dollar projects.

The position offers a salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, with a competitive bonus package and a comprehensive benefits plan. Local work only and flexible schedules are provided to support work-life balance.
