Job summary

gpac in Cincinnati seeks an experienced Heavy Civil Bridge Superintendent to lead major bridge construction projects. You will oversee on-site activities, coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment and materials, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in bridge construction, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to read drawings and specs, with a track record of delivering on time and on budget.

• 10+ years of bridge construction experience (concrete and/or steel structures).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
