Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on multi-family residential projects, preferably affordable housing.
• Proven experience with ground-up construction, including podium and stick-frame structures.
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities toensure adherence to project plans.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff.
• Maintain daily logs, progress photos, and reports using Procore.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings.
