Job summary

Bartlett Cocke General Contractors is seeking a Superintendent for the Bryan-College Station area. The Superintendent will manage project operations, ensuring safety and productivity. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision is required, ideally involving projects over $35M. Must possess a degree in Construction Science or equivalent experience, along with skills in project scheduling and communication. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified new hires.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction Superintendent experience with finished projects over $35M.
• Experience in managing project schedules and field personnel.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control assigned projects and oversee field operations.
• Develop construction sequence and maintain project schedules.
• Ensure safety requirements are understood and implemented.
