ServiceMaster of Seattle in Woodinville, WA is seeking an experienced Construction Carpenter to handle residential and light commercial projects from start to finish. This is not an entry-level role; we want someone who shows up prepared, works efficiently, and maintains high standards without micromanagement.

Based at our Woodinville office, 21220 87th AVE SE, Woodinville, WA 98072, schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with possible on-call opportunities. Earning $28/hour plus uncapped bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of carpentry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Framing, drywall, trim, and finish carpentry.
• Cabinet and fixture installation.
• Painting.
• Flooring (LVP, sheet, carpet not required but preferred).
• Minor structural repairs.
• Job site setup and cleanup.
• Communicating clearly with project managers and team members.
• Maintaining quality control and safety standards.

ServiceMaster of Seattle is a Disaster Restoration Company serving Washington State and beyond. We mitigate and restore properties damaged by floods, fires, windstorms, freezes, etc. We have been in business since 1984 and are a National Award-winning company based in Woodinville WA.

We’re hiring a Construction Carpenter who can confidently handle residential and light commercial projects from start to finish. This is not an entry-level position — we’re looking for someone who shows up prepared, works efficiently, and maintains high standards without being micromanaged.

This position is based out of our Woodinville office:

Woodinville, WA 98072

Schedule - Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. Possible on-call opportunities as well.
