Jobot, based in Wilmington, seeks a Lead Construction Superintendent for ground-up commercial projects. You will lead field supervision on $20M+ jobs around Wilmington, manage crews, and ensure safety and schedule adherence.

Open to relocation to the Philly/Wilmington area. Competitive base salary, bonus, profit sharing, and benefits package are offered for a local, non-travel role.

• Experience building projects valued $20M+.
