Job summary

gpac is seeking a Senior Superintendent to coordinate and lead a field team on large custom homes in Wilmington, Delaware. This role drives $5M+ projects to completion on schedule and within budget.

You will oversee multiple phases, mentor crew, ensure safety and quality, and maintain clear communication with clients and trade partners.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage project timelines and budgets.
• Proven ability to lead construction projects in multiple phases concurrently.
• Industry-standard work history and reliability.
