Role Description

The Construction Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based in Williston, VT. This position oversees daily field operations, including supervising subcontractors and crews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring work is completed according to plans and specifications. The superintendent monitors site safety, enforces compliance with safety regulations, and maintains a clean, organized jobsite. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, assisting with budgeting and cost control, communicating with project managers and stakeholders, and resolving on-site issues in a timely manner. The role also requires documenting activities, conducting regular inspections, and supporting high-quality workmanship throughout the construction process.

• Relevant experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar leadership role in commercial or institutional construction.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed; familiarity with New England construction practices is beneficial.
