Responsibilities

Lead day‑to‑day field operations, managing crews, subcontractors, and schedules.
Ensure jobsite safety, compliance with regulations, and enforcement of company standards.
Maintain and monitor project schedules and sequencing to keep work on track.
Collaborate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.
Oversee quality control, conducting site inspections, enforcing specifications, and resolving issues.
Mentor and direct field staff and trade partners, fostering a strong team culture.
Act as the primary on‑site representative, maintaining professional relationships with clients, designers, and inspectors.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent with a general contractor or specialty contractor.
Successful track record leading ground‑up, large‑scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and site utilities.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, manpower, and sequencing effectively.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training strongly preferred.
