Base pay range

$105,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities on the jobsite
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to keep work moving smoothly
• Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and schedule
• Maintain jobsite safety, enforce safety policies, and address hazards
• Communicate progress and problems to project managers and leadership
• Manage site logistics, including access, staging, and cleanliness
• Participate in inspections and punch lists, ensuring timely closeout
• Represent the company on‑site with owners, architects, and inspectors

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, 5+ years on the field
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices
• Good communication and coordination skills
