Brice Pacific specializes in construction projects primarily for federal clients in Alaska, the lower-48, and select international markets. The Construction Superintendent, you will work onsite in Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA and will oversee and manage all aspects of concrete construction projects from start to finish. Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of the field crew ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will also manage all aspects of project field work including safety, environmental, craft labor and subcontractor oversight, and will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. This role is a working superintendent role and at times will be required to be in equipment and on the ground as needed to perform on‑site construction work.
This position supervises a construction crew and craft labor crew, subcontractor, and other personnel involved in concrete construction.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar degree required; applicable experience and equivalent skills may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Brice Pacific has a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking work environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. Work is primarily performed in an office environment; however, work is also performed at indoor and outdoor construction and project sites as needed. The position may be exposed to varying weather conditions, uneven terrain, construction‑related noise, dust, equipment, vehicles, and other conditions commonly associated with active construction sites. Travel to project sites may involve multi‑day or overnight stays, depending on project requirements. Work schedules may vary based on project needs and may require flexibility to accommodate changing project conditions, deadlines, client requirements, and field operations. Extended workdays, evenings, weekends, or occasional overtime may be necessary to support project execution and business needs. Adaptability regarding changes in project scope, schedule, site conditions, and operational priorities is required.
