Job Title: Traveling Superintendent – Ground-Up Gas Stations

Location: Southeast U.S. (Company based in Georgia)

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 + Per Diem + Company Truck + Bonuses

Our client, a well-established General Contractor based in Georgia, is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up gas station construction projects across the Southeast United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for ground‑up gas station projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
• Manage daily site reports, project documentation, and inspections.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and field teams to maintain alignment throughout all phases of construction.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure full compliance with OSHA and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in ground‑up construction, specifically with gas stations, convenience stores, or retail fuel projects.
• Strong understanding of site work, underground utilities, fuel systems, and building construction.
• Ability to travel extensively across the Southeast U.S. (projects primarily in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and the Carolinas).
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a commitment to safety and quality.
