Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a field-focused supervisor for a gigawatt-scale data center build. You will manage sequencing, trade coordination, and daily production against the plan to keep the project on track.

You will walk the site, clear blockers, and ensure RFIs, materials, access, and inspections flow smoothly. You will enforce strict quality and safety at the workface and collaborate with commissioning teams to meet startup priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising heavy industrial or mission-critical construction projects.
• Ability to sequence trades and foresee clashes before they cause delays.
• Experience earning the trust of inspectors and foremen through consistent results.
• Proven track record closing punch lists.
• Willingness to travel and live where the work is.

The Construction Team

Examples of key problems the team is working on: Put gigawatts in the ground, faster than anyone has. We're delivering one of the largest data center buildouts of its kind, with many sites running at once. Traditional construction management breaks at this scale, so we're building the model that replaces it.

Throw out traditional construction and invent how gigawatts get built. Tons of tools, layers of process, and administrative drag don't get you there. You'll strip all of that out and win by solving the real problem and beating the goal, not by managing toward it.

Productize the data center so we can build it a thousand times. You'll turn one-off construction into a repeatable, modular build, where the hundredth site goes up faster and cleaner than the first. That repeatability is the only way to reach the scale we're targeting.

• You sequence trades in your head and spot a clash before it costs a day.
• Inspectors and foremen both respect you, for different reasons.
• You've closed out punch lists that stayed closed.
• You'll travel and live where the work is.
• Bonus: Data center MEP‑heavy builds. Modular installation. OSHA 30. Commissioning handover experience.
