Your Key Responsibilities

Orchestrate all stages of the construction process, focusing on quality control, site safety, and team leadership.

Empower and mentor your team, providing them with feedback and coaching to reach their full potential.

Craft a comprehensive 4-week project schedule, with the flexibility to adapt as needed.

Coordinate subcontractor meetings and communications to ensure seamless collaboration.

Proactively identify and tackle challenges on-site, ensuring smooth construction flow.

Ensure all safety, compliance, and quality regulations are upheld on the job site.

Regularly update clients and project managers on progress, milestones, and challenges.

Manage subcontractor efforts to optimize project outcomes.

Plan and schedule inspections while securing necessary permits.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site for everyone involved.

Requirements

To be part of our dynamic team, you should meet the following requirements:

5-7 years of hands-on experience managing multi-family construction projects (ground-up, podium style) with a proven track record of success.

Strong understanding of various construction trades, including MEP, structural details, and site work/utilities.

Adept at reading and interpreting project plans and specifications, with the ability to conduct thorough plan reviews.

Deep understanding of construction operations and best practices.

3-5 years in a supervisory role where you've coached and grown your team.

Excellent project management and communication skills, able to liaise with multiple stakeholders effectively.

OSHA 30 certification for safe job site management.

In-depth knowledge of local construction standards for safety, quality, and health.

Proficient in MS Office and Procore software for seamless project management.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring efficiency in all tasks.
