Job summary

Creative Management Technology, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking an on-site Construction Project Lead to oversee all on-site activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget per contracts.

This role requires extensive field experience, problem-solving ability, and reliable commuting or relocation to Orlando. You will manage staffing, schedules, site safety, and coordination with the PM and subcontractors, including RFIs and change orders.

Qualifications

• Computer literate and proficient with email.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Reliable commute to Orlando, FL, or willing to relocate before starting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project staffing of workers.

• Coordinate and update the project schedule.
• Create 2-week look-ahead schedules for distribution at trade meetings.
• Create and maintain the site logistics plan.
• Walk the site daily to check progress and conditions.
• Assist the PM in reviewing and validating subcontractor RFIs/COs.
• Attend periodic meetings and resolve subcontractor problems.
• Ensure inspections are called and signed off; close out permits.
• Coordinate project close-out procedures.

Position Summary

• Assist the PM in reviewing RFIs.

• Serve as the initial point of contact to resolve subcontractor problems and disputes.
• Ensure inspections are called and signed off.
• Coordinate with the PM to close out all inspections and permits.
• Coordinate the project close-out procedure.
