Job summary

CSD Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on complex roadway and civil projects. You will manage daily activities, ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence, and coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and suppliers.

The role requires a strong, hands-on presence on the jobsite, willingness to travel 25–75% and a proven track record in heavy highway construction with MoDOT/IDOT knowledge. CDL preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of heavy highway construction experience.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong MoDOT/IDOT knowledge and heavy civil practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel 25–75% and valid driver's license.

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to join our team and lead field operations on complex roadway and civil construction projects.

Position Summary

The Construction Superintendent oversees the daily management, coordination, and supervision of construction activities on assigned projects. This role ensures that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications and agency standards.

It is essential that the superintendent maintains a strong, hands-on presence in daily field operations, leading crews directly and ensuring smooth execution of all site activities.
