Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage our upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish.

Job Description:

-Scheduling subcontractors, inspectors, vendors and material deliveries

-Maintain all quality and safety standards onsite

-Review, generate and distribute RFI's as needed

-General oversight of all onsite personnel

-Ensure project documentation is kept and organized via Daily Logs and Weekly Reports

-Attend and participate in weekly OAC meetings

-Create and maintain project schedules
