Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site activities across our projects in Wyoming. You will supervise crews, coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and architects, and drive project progress with a strong focus on safety and quality.

The role requires deep knowledge of construction operations, CAD familiarity, and the ability to manage budgets and timelines while maintaining a safe job site. Relocation to or residence near Cheyenne, WY is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar construction leadership role.
• Strong understanding of construction operations and processes.
• Familiarity with CAD software and local safety standards.

• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, architects, and other project partners
• Plan construction processes and establish project goals and deadlines
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and overall progress
• Supervise construction staff and provide guidance and feedback
• Coordinate inspections and construction permits
• Ensure quality, health, and safety standards are followed on-site
• Order equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed
• Track materials, inventory, and orders
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues and emergencies
• Provide regular updates on project progress

• Currently located in or willing to relocate to the Cheyenne, WY area
