Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field operations on our projects in the Seattle area. This role directs field teams, visits jobsites regularly, and ensures adherence to company guidelines from project start-up through completion.

You will mentor field staff, coordinate with internal teams and external trade partners, and implement risk controls to protect the company while delivering projects on schedule and to quality standards.

Job description

The General Superintendent is the lead supervisor in the field for the company and is responsible for providing direction, support, and oversight for field operations. The primary role of the General Superintendent is to protect the company from risk and to ensure that company guidelines and procedures are followed in all aspects of project execution from project start-up through completion.
