Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field operations for projects in the Seattle area. You will direct and oversee daily field activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities include visiting all jobsites, mentoring field personnel, and coordinating with internal teams and external trade partners to mitigate risk and enforce company guidelines through project completion.

The General Superintendent is the lead supervisor in the field for the company and is responsible for providing direction, support, and oversight for field operations. The primary role of the General Superintendent is to protect the company from risk and to ensure that company guidelines and procedures are followed in all aspects of project execution from project start-up through completion.
