Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or institutional construction experience.
• Experience serving as a Superintendent on ground-up and/or major renovation projects.
• Strong concrete construction experience, including foundations, slab-on-grade, formwork, reinforcing steel, and concrete placement.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Sandusky, OH | 12-Month+ Project Assignment

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for a long-term commercial/institutional construction project in Sandusky, Ohio. This is a 12-month assignment with responsibility for managing on-site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, schedule performance, and project execution from mobilization through closeout. Candidates located outside the Sandusky area are encouraged to apply. Sevan provides company-paid lodging, travel expenses, and a vehicle allowance for qualified non-local candidates.

What You'll Do
