SERVPRO of Southwest Raleigh/Holly Springs is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field construction projects from start to finish. The role emphasizes ensuring on-time, on-budget completion while maintaining quality across sites.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and team supervision skills, experience in restoration/construction, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in challenging environments. Competitive compensation is offered with benefits.

As a Construction Superintendent with SERVPRO of Southwest Raleigh/Holly Springs, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all Field aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the project

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
