Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a Restoration Manager to lead fire restoration and water mitigation projects. You will oversee the customer experience, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and drive quality service to restore properties effectively.

The role emphasizes supervising teams, strong communication, and a willingness to handle challenging environments. Compensation includes base pay with a commission structure and opportunities for growth.

• Xactimate knowledge.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug test.

• Maintain customer and client communications.
• Review estimates.
• Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate.

Job Description

Plan and execute fire restoration and water mitigation projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.

Base + Commission

This position offers a base salary plus a commission structure.

Salary range listed refers only to the base salary portion of pay package.

Physical And Work Environment Requirements

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
