Job description

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Construction Superintendent in Raleigh, NC to oversee the site development and ground-up construction of big-box retail stores. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a competitive salary and benefits!

Duties:

• Managing the day-to-day field activities to ensure deadlines
• Maintain a daily log of job site activities, timesheets, e-mails on iPad etc.
• Managing and coordinating the work to ensure that it is constructed in an orderly and deliberate manner
• Establishing and maintaining all dimensional controls for the project
• Managing changes in project scope
• Managing the punch list to assure timely completion
• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion
• Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
• Manages and oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs.

Compensation:

• Annual salary between $100k - $130k

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Superintendent on ground-up big-box builds, or tilt-wall construction required
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures, as well as advanced understanding of construction scheduling, and cost control
• Proficient in MS Office programs, and Procore
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
