The Fordy Group has partnered with a leading General Contractor to appoint an experienced Construction Superintendent to deliver major ground-up healthcare projects across the Phoenix area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected builder with a strong pipeline of complex healthcare work, ranging from $25M to $100M in value.

The Role

As Superintendent, you will take full ownership of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll play a key leadership role coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, and driving project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up healthcare projects
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve delays
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Owners, and Consultants
