Construction Consultant | TYG | Mid-Atlantic

We are looking for a Construction Superintendent to help consistently deliver projects on time, on budget and that exceed client expectations. We provide our Construction Superintendents with the necessary support and resources to excel in their role and make sure all projects are completed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of construction project
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
• Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
• Work in partnership with PM to maintain an updated an accurate project schedule that reflects the changes in project status, and that meets the cost and time requirements of the project
• Demonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations and any deviation in the direction of the project

Qualifications

• 5 years of field experience
• Ability to read construction documents
• Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
• Strong experience in base building projects.
