Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

We are a growing GC looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent to join our team. We are located in the Boston area and work on projects ranging from educational, religious/churches, multi-family, envelope improvement and passive house projects

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Superintendent experience
• 2+ years of commercial, industrial, educational, multi-family experience
• Experience working on projects greater than $5million

Responsibilities:

• Reading plans, layout and installation of all site and building aspects
• Managing the day-to-day field activities to ensure that the project milestone dates and overall schedule completion dates are met
• Creating short-interval look-ahead project schedules that make sure that upcoming events are communicated, tracked and are being proactively attended to
• Manage and look-ahead no less than two weeks to proactively identifying issues that could lead to problems and facilitate solutions
