Gulf Coast Utility Contractors is seeking a Crew Foreman/Superintendent to supervise field operations in Bay County, FL and surrounding counties. The role requires overseeing water, sewer, and storm drain installations, coordinating crews, and ensuring safety and productivity on site.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years as a foreman, valid CDL with clean record, and certifications such as MOT and OSHA 30.

Description: Provides complete supervision and responsibility for the job site field operations, including daily productions, costs, safety, organization, labor and equipment scheduling and management, subcontractor management, and material procurement. Is responsible for tracking quantities and working alongside Project Manager to remain on schedule and within budget. Will develop a “look ahead” schedule for crews, equipment and material.

Ability to: Supervise and handle multiple priorities in a continuously changing environment. Good written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail; ability to create partnerships with suppliers and customers. Have the capacity to be a working supervisor if the work load requires. Ability to schedule, multi-task, and solve problems.
Other Requirements: Willingness to work 50+ hours a week, including out-of-doors under varying climatic conditions. Must possess physical characteristics to perform critical and important duties of the job, including the ability to lift and carry tools and equipment.
