Construction Superintendent - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity for aConstruction Superintendent to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Ohio, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee field construction across multiple trades (MEP, CSA, etc.).
• Monitor work progress, site coordination, and trade sequencing.
• Drive schedule adherence and recovery planning.
• Verify quality and safety compliance in collaboration with QA and Safety leads.
• Participate in walkdowns and inspections.
• Support change management and on-the-ground risk mitigation.
• Support integration of contractors onto existing teams and field oversight.

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive field supervision experience on large-scale capital projects ($250M+).
• Strong background in managing construction across multiple disciplines.
• Experience in regulated industries; pharma preferred but chemical/EV experience accepted.
• Proactive, assertive, and organized with excellent stakeholder management.
• Strong planning, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in “trust and verify” oversight mode.
