Managing Consultant | Energy Recruitment Specialist | Connecting Top Talent Across the USA

This role offers a compensation range of $40.00 - $45.00/hr (minimum 40 hours a week all year round), including Overtime, a 15% Annual Bonus, Covered Travel Expenses, Full Benefits, 401(k) with 4% match, and Equity Participation.

The position is site-based with projects across the Eastern U.S., following a travel rotation of 3 weeks on and 1 week off, paid even during off weeks.

We are seeking a hands-on construction leader experienced in drilling, shotcrete, or earth stabilization projects to oversee stabilization work on energy infrastructure sites, including pad stabilization for major utility clients like Duke Energy.

The role involves leading crews of 4–6 on drilling and shotcrete operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality, while managing documentation, scheduling, and equipment on-site. This is ideal for a motivated Superintendent with relevant experience looking to advance in energy and infrastructure sectors.

The Role:

• Lead geohazard mitigation projects across the Eastern U.S.

The Candidate:

• 5+ years of field construction experience (drilling, shotcrete, slope stabilization)
