Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

Are you a tech-savvy Superintendent with a strong background in commercial interior construction? Our client, a leading General Contractor specializing in high-end commercial interiors, is looking for a Superintendent to join their growing team.

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day field operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
2. Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and material deliveries
3. Handle RFIs, submittals, and project documentation in Procore
4. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to plans
5. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve design or construction challenges
6. Lead on-site meetings and provide regular progress reports

Requirements:

1. Experienced Superintendent with a background in commercial interiors
2. Strong skills in submittals, RFIs, and document control using Procore
3. Ability to manage subcontractors, site logistics, and project schedules
4. Knowledge of NYC & NJ construction codes and safety regulations
