Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on construction experience with leadership history.
• Experience in commercial construction methods and best practices.
• Background in ground-up, tenant fit-outs, or renovations.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and shop drawings.
• Proven leadership and crew management skills.
• Experience with hospitality, retail, or restaurant construction is a plus.
• Proficient with construction management software and mobile tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is an asset.

We're looking for a skilled Construction Superintendent to manage day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on construction experience, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all field activities and manage on-site construction crews
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations
• Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to plan daily operations
• Conduct daily site inspections and quality control checks
• Maintain detailed daily logs and progress reports
• Identify and resolve construction issues and conflicts in the field
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe work environment
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment logistics
• Communicate project status and issues to Project Manager
• Ensure proper documentation of as-built conditions
• Manage punch list items and project closeout activities
