Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman/Superintendent to lead residential field operations in the Sarasota, FL area. The ideal candidate will read construction drawings and blueprints, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and safety standards.

You will oversee daily site activities, manage material flow and manpower, monitor schedules, address delays, and coordinate with Project Managers, subs, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience in a Foreman, Lead, Superintendent, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with residential construction.
• Experience with concrete, framing, masonry, or other shell construction preferred.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
• Experience supervising crews and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and jobsite safety.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field.
• OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
• Local construction experience in the Melbourne/Brevard County area is preferred.
