BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for sites in Murrells Inlet, SC. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising a range of commercial and industrial construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities include day-to-day site management, schedule development, coordination with subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality, and budget compliance to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management or related field.
• Licensure as a Construction Supervisor (Required).
• 10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar leadership role.
• Experience with healthcare and industrial construction projects.
• Real estate development experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methodologies, including MEP, structural modifications, carpentry and interior build-outs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Manage all phases of construction operations from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating all phases of construction.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Serve as the on-site leader and point of coordination for stakeholders.
• Work with architects, engineers, consultants, inspectors, and project teams to resolve field issues.
• Monitor budgets, staffing, productivity, and change orders.
• Escalate schedule, budget, quality, or safety concerns to senior leadership.
• Conduct daily site inspections to verify quality and progress.
• Implement standardized construction processes and reporting.
• Prepare and present project status updates and risk assessments to executives.
• Travel between project sites as needed.

Pay: $130k

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and supervise a wide range of commercial and industrial construction projects from inception through completion.

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, coordinating project logistics, managing schedules and budgets, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and productive job site.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all construction methodologies, building systems, and industry best practices. This role requires close collaboration with property stakeholders, clients, architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver successful project outcomes.
