Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience with a general contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on ground-up construction projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules, including short-interval planning and look-aheads.
• Ensure jobsite safety compliance and enforce company safety standards.
• Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to plans.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
• Manage punch lists and oversee project closeout activities.

Superintendent Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on ground-up construction projects from mobilization through closeout


• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met


• Develop and manage project schedules, including short-interval planning and look-aheads


• Ensure jobsite safety compliance and enforce company safety standards


• Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work
