This role involves traveling to construction job sites, primarily throughout the Midwest, with occasional travel to other regions. When travel demands are lighter, oversight of local projects will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple construction projects of varying sizes simultaneously
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and execute project schedules, including milestones and critical path tracking
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and architects
• Participate in and contribute to weekly project progress meetings
• Oversee project closeout and punch list completion according to schedule and client expectations
• Interpret and work from construction drawings and specifications
• Ensure on-site teams have access to the latest drawings and documents
• Adhere to company processes and reporting standards, with a focus on risk mitigation

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration and client relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project)
• Adaptability and willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed
