Construction Superintendent - Summary

• Oversee all onsite construction activities for assigned commercial and public works projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and multi-prime contractors
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure project completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Implement and enforce safety programs and project safety plans
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to project managers and stakeholders

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage daily onsite construction operations and self-performed work
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure seamless workflow between all parties
• Maintain proactive communication with owners, architects, and consultants
• Process requests for information and clarifications as needed
• Update as-built drawings and maintain accurate project documentation
• Track project costs and monitor budget adherence
• Develop and update project schedules regularly to reflect progress and changes
• Capture and catalog progress photos throughout each phase of construction
• Prepare comprehensive daily reports and ensure timely submissions
• Review shop drawings and submittals for quality and coordination
• Collaborate with Project Manager to identify and estimate change orders
• Lead the implementation of company and project-specific safety plans
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and quality standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in commercial and public works construction
