Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for simultaneous commercial construction projects.
• Lead, mentor, and coach Superintendents and field staff, fostering a culture of safety and quality.
• Collaborate with Project Managers in all phases of preconstruction, planning, and execution.
• Review project schedules and manpower allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct site visits to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet all quality standards.
• Assist with project logistics, site utilization, and construction sequencing.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate impacts.
• Participate in preconstruction meetings, project kickoffs, and executive project reviews.
• Foster strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, inspectors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and specific project requirements.
• Oversee quality control throughout each construction phase.
• Support the development and implementation of field standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Experience as a Senior Superintendent, General Superintendent, or similar field leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage commercial renovations, tenant improvements, occupied renovations, and ground-up construction.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple Superintendents and concurrent projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and field operations.
• Success in developing and mentoring field teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations, and construction safety best practices.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
