Location - Greensboro, NC

Company - General Contractor

Description - This is a great opportunity to join a growing general contractor in the Triad area! In this role you will support the coordination of field staff, contractors, vendors, the client, and other parties to ensure the success of each project. Most projects are within a few hours of Greensboro or surrounding states. This person will focus on 1 project at a time and will either travel to the project site daily or will stay overnight nearby. This is a direct hire, permanent position offering full benefits and work life balance!

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an assistant or superintendent role for construction projects required

- OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30

- Ability to travel to project sites in the surrounding states required

- Past experience managing schedules and coordinating with vendors and sub-contractors required

- Familiarity with Procore or related construction management software required

- Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required
