Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office
• OSHA certification and safety training are highly desirable
• Deep understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes
