About the role

As project superintendent you are directly responsible for all onsite construction activity. You will be tasked with solving problems as they arise and manage and execute the day-to-day schedule of building the project. Key tasks include subcontractor and vendor coordination, schedule adjustments, project walks with key stakeholders, and enforcing company safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of lead superintendent experience
• K12 and municipal project experience is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and influence trade partners to achieve tight deadlines
• Strong passion for safety
