Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 Annually

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage all phases of commercial renovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, & quality standards.
2. Direct and supervise daily on-site activities, coordinating labor, materials, and equipment for efficient workflow.
3. Perform hands-on carpentry tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work, as needed.
4. Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.
5. Conduct routine site visits to assess progress and quality, ensuring compliance with project specifications and building codes.
6. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and conduct safety meetings and inspections.
7. Identify and resolve issues during construction, adjusting plans to keep projects on track.
8. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including logs, incident reports, and change orders.
9. Coordinate travel to various job sites to oversee project execution across multiple locations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of Construction Superintendent experience
• 5+ Years of commercial carpentry experience
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate motor vehicles

Physical & Cognitive Requirements:

• Lifting, pulling, pushing objects as needed
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to multi-task, read, write, and calculate data with reliable attendance
