We're looking for a go-to field leader ready to roll up their sleeves and drive environmental construction projects from the ground up. If you're a Superintendent who thrives in fast-paced field environments, takes pride in running efficient, safe, and high-performing crews, and you want your work to actually matter, read on.

Our client is a rapidly growing environmental construction company, delivering turnkey solutions in soil, groundwater, vapor, and water remediation. We self-perform. We solve tough problems. And we need a Superintendent in Concord, CA to take the lead.

What You’ll Do:

• Run daily tailgates, lead safety briefings, and keep boots-on-the-ground energy high
• Own scheduling, daily task assignments, subcontractor coordination, and material flow
• Track labor, equipment, and production data in real time
• Spot scope changes and flag issues before they become problems
• Partner closely with PMs to deliver on-time, on-budget projects

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years in construction (bonus if it’s environmental, grading, or demo)
• Strong field leadership and crew management chops
• Ability to read plans, run grade checks, and operate/troubleshoot equipment
• Safety credentials like HAZWOPER, OSHA 30, CPR (preferred but not required)
