Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Superintendent to direct on-site workflows for large-scale construction projects in the United States. You will lead site teams, ensure safety and quality standards, and act as the primary on-site liaison among subcontractors and the project team.

The role requires several years of leadership in commercial/industrial settings and proficiency with Procore or Bluebeam; a strong track record of delivering projects on time is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of large-scale commercial or industrial construction leadership.
• 2+ years as a Superintendent (or related construction management title).
• Procore, Bluebeam, or related proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work flow of the project on site, in line with the schedule and client safety/quality standards.
• Provide leadership and liaise between project team members to promote business and client interests.
• Communicate project priorities to site staff and all subcontractors as the on-site leader.

Job Description:

Superintendent directs the work flow of the project on site consistent with the project schedule and client safety and quality standards. The Superintendent provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members to promote the interest of both the business and clients in all matters, as well as demonstrate the characteristics of a mid-level leader. The Superintendent communicates project priorities to site staff and all subcontractors, serving as the primary leader on site for the construction project.
